We are starting to get our roads back into decent shape. Monsoons weren’t too frequent but when we got hit it was hard. We have kept on top of our roads, repairing monsoon damage. Our next full road grading will be in September after the rains end. In the meantime we will continue to stay on top of emergency repairs. As I write this we are getting A&S set up to come do some grader  work on our trouble spots. I also want to thank Terry VanVorce (our treasurer and road committee co- chair) for his diligence in getting the county to fix the Wilmot road entry. It seems that the county only claims to be responsible when we are doing something but not when they are asked to. However Terry prevailed and they did fix the entry. We have established road captains again to drive their particular road and report any problem areas. This has proven to help get repairs done quickly. Anyone that drives our roads should call our management company at 750 0422 or me personally at 401 3745. I promise it will be looked into and put on our project list by severity of need. Please be on the look out for a grader over the next couple of days and drive slow to save our roads.

I want to remind you that we no longer are associated with YCross mgnt. Our new company is Vangarde Mgnt. Po box 17750 Tucson Az 85731 750 0422. We also have have new website. It is the old site with paypal is gone. We do not use paypal anymore! Please pass this along to your friends and neighbors.

This will include a ballot with names of those running for the board and any issues or by-law or CC&R changes that would require a vote.  There will also be a stamped return evvelope for you to return your signed ballot. Nominations are now being taken for the 2015 board of directors. If you want to be on the board or know of someone that does you must submit the name to our management company by the end of October. The nominees must be a member in good dues paid in full. No nominations from the meeting floor will be accepted.
